MFMF Productions was in business since 9 August 2018 with Seow Seng Tack (Justin), Wee Zhen Yong and Raja Muizzudin Shah as the business partnership owners. Raja Muizzudin then left the business and has been replaced by Brendan Lim as the third (3rd) partner in the year 2019. Two of the existing partners, Justin and Zhen, formed Spuds – a DJ/music producer team while working on their day job as an accountant and property developer respectively. In 2018, they pursued their passion in music-making together and built MFMF Productions. One of the partners, Brendan Lim, is an experienced music producer in the music industry having around 11 years of experience. He has worked with the likes of Reshmonu, renowned-producer Ian Wallman and international-artiste Leah McFall. He is currently the director for MFMF Productions, Dream Rocketeers, and My Urban Creatives. MFMF Productions has produced numerous songs for several local artistes. Songs titled Peluang Kedua by Nabila Razali and Cute by Harith Zazman obtained 40 million views in YouTube cumulatively and both topped the No.1 spot in Malaysia’s Music Charts. This shows MFMF Productions ability to produce “Hit Song” in Malaysia. MFMF’s clients are mainly music labels that signed artistes. These artistes then seek MFMF Productions service to produce songs for them. MFMF then gained revenue from the music labels and some royalties for certain songs under a certain amount of agreed percentage.
