About

Founded in 2011, The R&D Studio Sdn Bhd is an award-winning development studio for creative intellectual properties (IP). R&D’s in-house talents of creatives, technologists and strategists work in live action, animation, interactive and print formats with our work having received recognition and travelling to various festivals around the world. In R&D, we ideate and craft IPs with an emphasis on good storytelling and extensive worldbuilding. We currently have an IP bank of 75 properties in various stages of development and production, spanning different genres and visual style. Apart from our own IPs, we also collaborate with local and international partners to develop and produce their IPs.
